20" Pink freshwater mother of pearl necklace. Has three stands of pearls, white round slab and a white pendant with pink pearl cluster also made from mother of pearl. These fresh water pearls are made from Mother of Pearls. "Mother of Pearls" is the scraping of the interior wall/lining of oyster/mollusk called nacre to make pearls and jewelry faster. Real pearls are made out of same nacre which takes months to years to form inside a clam/oyster. Mother of pearl process is much faster
