#51 • Two HistoricTophats in Traveling.Box

Part of 12/21 Wawae Rd (KAUAI) Collaborated Personal Property Auction (timed auction by Malama Auctions & Realty)

High bid $14.00

Status: Sold

You’ll be puttin’ on the ritz with your two antique top hats. These high hats from an era gone by come in their original traveling box. The exterior of the box is in poor antique condition, but travel stickers are still visible on the exterior. Inside, one hat (a velvety, maybe furry, opera hat) nestles in its own niche, and another is in a strapped compartment because  it FOLDS FLAT! It is an everyday, pop-up top hat. Hats are in good, even great condition for their age. Some written history has been recorded in the case. This an amazing find for the right collector.
