10K Gold and Diamond Ring Estimated 1/2 CT Marquise Ruby Size 6.5   This is an estate piece. Great for a gift, anniversary, graduation or any occasion. This Ruby is NOT a rhinestone or cubic zirconia as the testing equipment indicates that it is in fact a Ruby.  However, our testers do not indicate whether gemstones are natural stones that have been enhanced, lab created, or 100% natural.
