10K Gold Ring with Twin Pink Stones Nearly 2 Carats. Twin Solitary Stones test as Sapphires but look too perfect. Possibly lab made.  Double the shine with 2 Pink Stones. Beautiful Estate Piece.  Size 7.25  These Sapphires are NOT a rhinestone or cubic zirconia as the testing equipment indicates that they are in fact Sapphire. However, our testers do not indicate whether gemstones are natural stones that have been enhanced, lab created, or 100% natural.
